    Partnering with a coach is about identifying your goals, overcoming obstacles and creating actionable plans to drive lasting, meaningful behavioral change. Together, we will uncover what success looks like, the limiting beliefs and behaviors that are impeding growth and drive action to gain confidence, clarity, productivity, and satisfaction.

  • Group Coaching

    I offer an intensive group coaching program for leaders focused on building mental fitness to elevate performance, improve relationships and enhance wellbeing. This program is designed to deepen participant’s self awareness and learn actionable techniques to strengthen their capacity to respond to challenges with a positive mindset and quiet the inner critic. This program is offered both in-house for leadership teams and for individuals seeking to deepen their network and learn with others in shared roles and identities.

  • Leadership Development

    I work with organizations and functional leaders to foster inclusive cultures that become their differentiator in the market. Together, we work to strengthen their leadership bench, improve engagement and retention. I help curate and facilitate immersive programs for leaders at all levels looking to develop their leadership skills, accelerate performance and enhance team dynamics.
