My Story

I began my career as a clinical social worker working with individuals and families in a variety of settings before spending twelve years as the executive director of a non-profit organization. In my never ending quest for growth and new challenges, I took my passion for developing talent and fostering inclusive workplace cultures to corporate America, where I served as the head of culture, diversity, equity and inclusion for a global tech company.

These experiences have taken me around the world: into schools, hospitals, nonprofits and publicly traded companies. I have led and supported teams through growth, acquisitions, crisis. and change.

Working as a coach, consultant, and facilitator, I bring organizational culture, talent development, employee engagement, and team effectiveness expertise and solutions to organizations across industries.

I have spent over 20 years in senior leadership roles working with individuals, teams, boards, and C-Suite executives. Throughout my experiences, one thing is crystal clear: leadership matters AND it’s hard.  The most successful leaders are those who balance credibility with authenticity, combining their expertise with transparency about where they need to grow.

While often messy and unpredictable, nothing has been more rewarding or humbling.
