Meet Becky.
For over 20 years, I have built my career in service of people and helping individuals, leaders and teams move from surviving to thriving. I partner with with leaders dedicated to unlocking their highest potential and identifying key areas for growth and transformation. We address these issues head-on and create insights and action plans to achieve personal and professional success.
I started my own practice because I want to help people achieve their potential – in their leadership roles at work, and also as full human beings who take on many roles in their lives. I am here because I've confronted the same sentiments as many of you:
Effectively managing, leading and inspiring a team WHILE executing a strategy and driving results is HARD.
Shifting behaviors and mindsets to be more effective can be uncomfortable but necessary.
Recognizing that being great technically is not the same as being great at leading others.
Navigating interpersonal dynamics and balancing people’s needs with the needs of the business requires self awareness and solid communication skills.
Imposter syndrome, insecurity, and that nagging voice of our inner critic can paralyze us and limit our performance, satisfaction and wellbeing.
Juggling work, parenting and the other complexities of life is overwhelming.
My background in psychology and social work provides a safe space in which clients can wrestle with the challenges they face, lean into self-examination, and cultivate alignment of their inner and outer selves with the world as they exist within in it. As a trained clinician, I help process the past to gain insights and awareness, but as a certified coach, I move clients forward by critically assessing and identifying the beliefs and behaviors that are barriers to future success.
When we work together, you will either get where you want to go, get somewhere better, or learn a valuable lesson. There is no fail.

Becky has an extraordinary ability to understand people, to truly listen, and to pinpoint the critical things that are holding you back.
